Roadrunner started as a personal PC builder in 1994. Becoming known for good quality computers with local service and support, we rapidly gained business clients, setting up and maintaining their networks and became Roadrunner Networking
After running as a computer sales and break/fix shop for many years, we looked at more closely aligning our business goals with those of our clients and moved to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model. This meant that rather than waiting for things to break and then charging clients to fix it, we would actively manage our client’s networks to prevent downtime for them and even out the workflow for us. This meant that the better we maintained networks, the less downtime our clients had and the less erratic our own schedules and cash-flow would be. it has been a model which has benefited both Roadrunner and our clients.
